Where am I?
What world is this?
Others are running around me
Trying to meet the expectation
That enslaves them for one moment
The busy bodies
The collective ego
They are one heart,
Fighting to be separate
All my judgment
Cannot deny the Om
That binds me gently to every one

Morning air gently brings a conscious smile
Mindfully I step inside
Leaving my surroundings
Breathing in-
Flowing with the current
Breathing out-
Smiling with the current
Subtle beyond subtle
Power greater than the ocean

Tree

Tree sits deeply rooted

Tree is one in herself

Tree connects to others

Breathes in life

Breathes out life

Tree has nowhere to go

Tree has nothing to do

Tree is born content 

embracing the energy of life

Tree thrives freely content

No need for sadness

No desire for happiness

Tree dies content

In her transformation

Tree shelters, feeds, warms

Tree gives openly

Nourishes deeply

Tree protects

Tree is the catalyst for mindfulness

Smiling inward

I bow to Tree

Wandering off
Following my breath
Freed to the realm of silence
Silent stillness
Sorrow, despair, anger
Fear, hate, conditional love
Falling leaves
Fertilize.
What arises in me
Is as subtle as the first spring bud
But blossoms into my Mother Earth's own happy heart.
The vein which pumps the essence of life
Into every moment we hold
I am love
I am guru
I am God

is where the nothingness resides, all encompassing
Om floats through all manifestations
Om is the guide
returning is the path
step mindfully into now
and stillness will unfold
the unspeakable, the indescribable
permeates your inner quiet.
White, never so white
